MiWave Support
Most issues can be solved directly in the app:
Self-service
- Password reset:on the sign-in screen, use “Forgot password”. The reset link is sent to your email address.
- Email verification: if asked to verify your email, resend the verification message from the app, then follow the link. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive.
- Restore purchases:open Profile and choose “Restore” on the same Apple ID used to buy MiWave Pro.
- Manage or cancel a subscription:open Profile and choose “Manage subscription”, or use your App Store account settings.
- Delete your account: open Profile and find the account deletion option. Read the confirmation for what will be removed. Deleting an account does not cancel an App Store subscription; manage that separately through Apple.
- Notifications: enable or disable them in MiWave Profile or iOS Settings → Notifications → MiWave.
Contact us
Email luma2dev@gmail.com and we will try to help within a few business days.
Please include
- Your account email, if you have an account — guests can get help too
- Device model, iOS version, and MiWave version
- When the issue happened and the message shown in the app
Never send passwords or payment details. You do not need to send your lyrics or Songbook to describe a problem.
Subscriptions and refunds
Subscriptions are billed by Apple through your Apple ID. Refund requests are handled by Apple: request a refund. MiWave support cannot issue App Store refunds, but failed generations never consume your production units.
Listening to a shared song
You can listen in your browser without installing MiWave or creating an account. If playback fails, check your connection and tap retry. If a link is no longer available, ask the sender for a new one.
When synced lyrics are available, tap a line to jump to it. Scroll to read at your own pace, then choose “Follow lyrics” to return to the line being sung. Use “Report this song” on the song page if you need to report a concern.
